If you work for the NHS or within a private UK hospital, here’s your chance to win £5000 worth of holiday vouchers to pay for a holiday of your choice and take a well deserved break with that special person or a group of freinds.
To be entered into the prize draw, simply complete the form below using your NHS or private hospital e-mail address, we will add you to our mailing list. The draw will be made at the end of July and the winner will be informed by email by 5th August 2010.

Terms and Conditions
1. The prize consists of one holiday voucher worth up to the value of £5,000, which can be redeemed against a holiday booked any time before 31st March 2011 and departing before 31st August 2011. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. If the total holiday cost is more than £5,000, the winner will have to pay the difference. There will be no reimbursement for any part of the £5,000 that is not spent in one booking. The booking must be for a new holiday and with an ABTA bonded operator.
2. It is a condition of purchase of the holiday that, at the time of purchase, the winner has adequate travel insurance cover. If the winner declines to purchase the insurance as offered by Destination (the agent), details of their existing arrangements must be supplied and must provide coverage at least equivalent to the policy offered byDestination. Insurance can be purchased using the vouchers supplied as the prize in this competition.
3. Once you have registered on the site you will automatically be entered into the prize draw. No purchase is necessary.
4. The winner will be selected at random by computer on the last working day of July 2010. Brenmoor’s decision will be final. Winners will be notified by email by the 5th of August. If you have won, you will be given a telephone number to call to claim your prize. If contact cannot be made within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner’s responsibility to notify Brenmoor of any change in contact information. If you are a winner, you must claim your prize within 28 days of being notified.
5. The prize is for use by the winner only and is not transferable.
6. Entrants must be over 18 years of age, resident in the UK and working within the NHS or a private hospital. Entrants must not be Brenmoor employees and their relatives, and anyone professionally connected with the prize offered in this competition. Brenmoor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
7. If you are a winner, you agree, as a condition of receiving the prize, to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by Brenmoor.
